Device : Verizon Droid Incredible 2
ROM : Unofficial Multilang MIUI4 - v 2.9.7 (miuiandroid) (upgrade available to v 2.9.21 Download Link )
There 2 way to install BEATS Audio support on your device:
1. Using installer on Google Play
Beats Audio™ Installer ★ root by motioncoding and RockoDev Link
Note : Root enable Android is recommend but it was said that no root is okay too. Anyway I get a bootloop from this method.
2. Using ROM MOD by Rockodev Link
Note :
1. Do a NANDROID Backup first.
2. Do a full wipe (data, cache, system, and dalvik cache)
3. Using a fresh clean install ROM is recommended (or use your latest backup)
a. New ROM Install
or
b. Restore from Backup
4. Install MOD zip
Mine was BeatsAudio0731.zip (the latest is 31-07-2012) Download Link
5. Reboot and enjoy audio quality improvement.
Disadvantage using MOD is no BEATS Audio ON notifications.
